I’m Roma Dhir, a visionary with a lifelong passion for education, and the founder of Nova Nest—a nurturing haven where young minds are inspired to explore and grow.
My journey in education began at St. Augustine’s High School in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, where I quickly advanced from a primary teacher to Supervisor/Coordinator, demonstrating my leadership and coordination skills. I continued to hone my administrative abilities at Ryan International School and Jaipuriar School in Sanpada, enriching my experience in educational management.
From 2016 to 2022, I excelled as the Principal and Administrator at Aster Primary School, overseeing multiple branches and fostering a culture of excellence and strategic growth. Throughout my career, my commitment to student welfare and academic excellence, along with my ability to communicate complex concepts simply and resolve conflicts professionally, has earned me the respect and admiration of colleagues, students, and parents alike.
